Caroline Gilbert graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall and received a B.A. from Connecticut College in history. She also received an Ed.M. from Harvard with a concentration in adolescent development and school leadership. Caroline has been involved in independent boarding schools for more than 30 years, holding positions in academic support, history classroom and as an administrator. Caroline lives at Salisbury School with her husband, Peter, two sons, Amos and Caleb, and their labs Koda and Boone.
