Guillermo grew up in Spain playing soccer and tennis. He came to the U.S. in 2016 to obtain a College degree while playing Division I tennis. Working as a camp counselor in the summer of 2019 he realized he wanted to become a teacher and share his knowledge of the game of tennis and Spanish. Guillermo teaches both intermediate and advanced Spanish on the Upper Campus. In 2023 he obtained his Master’s degree in Teaching Leadership at Mt. Holyoke College with the capstone project on Financial Literacy. Guillermo is also a tennis professional and will be coaching Varsity tennis in the Spring term. Guillermo likes to spend his free time playing golf, tennis, a good game of chess, and reading the Bible, philosophy, and non-fiction.
