The year’s spring musical was a triumph. The beautiful set pieces were designed by our Art Department and led by students Coco Wang and Alex van Dyke. Many students in grades five through nine committed weeks of time and effort, behind the scenes and on the stage.
Director Danny Tieger had this to say:
“For seventy-five years, Charlie Brown and his friends have asked the big questions. They have felt the enormity of childhood in deep, silly, and earnest ways. This spring, a cast and crew of forty kids endeavored to tell their story in a fresh and exciting way. By doubling and tripling the cast, students brought their own unique perspectives to the six characters and shared incredible moments of growth and success. I’m so proud of the work they did and cannot wait to see what is possible with the new space.”
– Danny Tieger
We look forward to our next spring musical which will find its home in our new Performing Arts Center that is entering its final stages of construction.
