As families, friends, and guests arrived on the Upper Campus Saturday evening, red and gold lanterns cast their glow through the Front Circle windows. The school was decorated beautifully ā and to the hilt ā thanks to the generosity of Trustee Limin Kong Pā23 and the Chinese Parents Association. The festivities began with a feast of traditional dishes for the entire community. Performances followed: poetry, music, and martial arts from talented IMS students, as well as a guest appearance by professional musicians Dr. Zhu and the WeStar Band, including a stunning performance by renowned erhu virtuoso Yimiao Chen. All in all, it was a magical night and a wonderful way to begin the Year of the Rabbit!
We wish everyone a year filled with good fortune and prosperity.
