Tammy joined Indian Mountain School in 2014, and currently serves as the Grade Dean for Grades 5 and 6; teaches Language Analysis and Development and ESL, and contributes to the Academic Support Department. In addition, she coaches 5th and 6th grade soccer and skiing and is a residential life affiliate.

Tammy graduated from Dean College in 1994 with an Associate Degree in Travel and Tourism, and from Western Connecticut State University in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education and English. Tammy is the parent of Tyler Roberts (’23) and lives in Sharon, Connecticut. When not at school, Tammy and her family enjoy skiing, hiking, and exercising their dogs.
