Summer Programs

Every summer in July, we offer a range of great programs. Registration opens up in the springtime.

IMS Summer ProgramS INCLUDE:

Rising 5th through rising 9th graders can join former collegiate lacrosse players and current IMS coaches on the IMS Upper Campus for a week of lacrosse training and instruction. Students will hone their skills and increase their knowledge of the sport. No prior lacrosse experience required.

This popular summer program is for rising 6th Graders and older and is limited to 6 participants for each of our two, week-long sessions. During this five-day morning program, students are encouraged to bring and/or build their own decks to play this competitive collectible card game against their fellow players. (Those who do not have a deck can borrow one of Mr. Littler’s decks) Emphasis is on deck construction, strategies, and good sportsmanship… but at the end of the day, it’s all about forging friendships and having fun!

Participants work with instructor Danny Tieger to become storytellers, writers, and performers as they create an original piece of theater magic. Our week together culminates with a final performance which family and friends are invited to attend.

How does Summer on a mountain inspire you to create? Each week-long session offers a unique blend of artistic exploration and outdoor discovery. Participants embark on exciting nature expeditions, then build art projects based on their adventures. This program is for children ages 5-11.

FC Sarum Soccer Camp is a co-ed soccer camp for 7-16 year-olds founded in 1991 that serves the tri-state area in Lakeville, CT and takes place on the IMS fields.
