Indian Mountain School is pleased to announce our 2014 Merit Scholarship opportunity for a new day student.

IMS will award one full scholarship to a student entering the seventh or eighth grade.
The scholarship is open to students from area towns with strong academic records and commendable personal qualities measured by extracurricular participation in athletics, community service, and the arts. Applicants for Town Scholar must prove that they will contribute to and benefit from the Indian Mountain experience.

The scholarship is renewable annually, subject to approval by the scholarship committee.

In addition to the regular admissions requirements, students must submit an essay entitled, “How I Will Take Advantage of the Indian Mountain Experience.” The application process, including interview, must be completed by April 1, 2014. The scholarship committee will notify applicants of their final decisions by May 1, 2014.
